Raj Seshadri

President of data and services at Mastercard

Raj Seshadri is the President of Data and Services at Mastercard, responsible for the global delivery of a wide range of capabilities, including analytics, consulting, engagement, and innovation services.

Previously, she was a Managing Director at BlackRock, Leader of the iShares U.S. retail ETF business, and the Global Chief Marketing Officer for iShares. Earlier in her career, Raj led Citigroup’s global strategy team and Citibusiness small business banking. She also held leadership roles at U.S. Trust; McKinsey & Company; and AT&T Bell Laboratories.

Raj serves as a member of the board of directors of Raymond James Financial Inc. and the management board for the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She is also on the advisory board of South Asian Youth Action, and the global board of the American India Foundation.
