Barbara Martin Coppola

Barbara Martin Coppola is the Chief Digital Officer at Ingka Group. She started her career with IKEA in 2018 and has the overall responsibility for developing digital capabilities and helping transform the business.

Prior to IKEA, she held leading positions in companies such as Google, YouTube, Samsung, and Texas Instruments, and has done so by combining her tech capabilities with a key focus on the customer. Barbara has a background in both music and engineering and holds a successful track record of growing and transforming businesses.

Barbara has an MSc in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, MBA from INSEAD, and more. She is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
