Joy Su is a Vice President Of Engineering at Twitter, where she leads the Core Services, Product Platform, Media Infrastructure, Health, and Data Science orgs.

Before taking up her role as a VP of Engineering, Joy held several leadership roles, including Senior Engineering Manager and Sr. Director of Engineering. She was responsible for leading teams that own the core infrastructure and business logic for tweets, users, and the social graph to developers inside and outside Twitter.

Prior to Twitter, Joy served as a Senior Director of Engineering at Topix. Throughout her career, she worked as a Software Engineer at Patkai Networks and Siebel Systems before getting her senior role at Spoke Software.
