VP of Engineering at TaskRabbit

Amy Truong is a VP of Engineering at TaskRabbit, where she is responsible for technical leadership and engineering execution at scale. She has grown and developed technical teams across numerous domains, including open-source, space tech, and consumer product development.

Prior to joining TaskRabbit, Amy was a VP of Engineering at Patreon, where she was responsible for an 80-person team that includes Product Engineering, Payments, Infrastructure, Security, and Program Management. She also successfully led engineering teams through various stages of growth at Planet Labs, Twitter, Rackspace, and IBM.

Amy is passionate about building and connecting technology to solve real-world problems, as well as growing a supportive community for women in tech.
