Penelope Prett is a CIO at Accenture, where she leads the company’s global IT operations, including the infrastructure, services, and applications. Under Penelope’s leadership, the global team is boldly transforming Accenture into a modern and dynamic enterprise.

Penelope has been with Accenture for more than 25 years. In that period, she has held many leadership roles across client and technology organizations including several key industries. Before taking up her current role, she served as the Resources Global Quality and Risk Lead.

Penelope is active in Accenture’s inclusion and diversity efforts, working on a range of programs including LGBTQ initiatives and integration of veterans and other non-traditional talents into the workforce.
